How to plant it

Spread a small amount over rock or driftwood and hold it in place with a loose aquarium-safe tie or fine mesh. Do not bury the moss in the substrate.

Everyday care

Keep some water moving through the growth. Gently dislodge trapped debris during water changes and trim the outer layer when it becomes dense. Collect loose fragments so they do not establish elsewhere.

Growing more

Separate a healthy portion and secure it to a new surface. Begin with a thin layer so light and water can reach the inner growth.

What to watch for

Several mosses are sold under similar trade names. The supplier lists this product as Vesicularia dubyana; do not assume a photograph or common name confirms an exact botanical identification.

Care levels are a practical starting point, not a growth guarantee. “Optional CO₂” means added CO₂ is not essential for a suitable low-demand setup. Check the exact listing for the supplied plant form and current options.
